Take off his hands. You will need them in one step.

3. 8010: Darth Vader
Now take off Darth Vader's head and replace it with Von Nebula's. Take off Vader's hands, and replace them with Stringers. Now the final touch! Put Von Nebula's weapon in the new Nebula's hand! There you are, the Ultimate Von Nebula! ENJOY!
