TECHNIC Based Action Figures Accessories and Projectiles
To Celebrate the 12th year of TECHNIC Based Action Figures, I'll be doing my own classification of the sets instead of the official sources, making it easier to analyze their history through the years.
Since 1998, the figures have shown different accessories which caracterized the product lines. From projectiles to masks, this list groups the sets that served as additional accessories.

1. 8508: Supplementary Discs
The first projectile used by TECHNIC Based Action Figures, the discs were thrown by the Throwbots' arms. The discs are also compatible with some BIONICLE Disc Launchers released in 2004 and the promotional Tohunga sets released in 2001.

2. 8515: RoboRider Wheels
The Roboriders line released in 2000 came up with a different projectile: wheels. The Roboriders sets could throw their own frontal wheels.
Each wheel has a different figure printed in, and some wheels even glow in the dark (as the ones released with 8512 Onyx). Unlike the discs, the wheels have a Technic pin hole on its center, making it more usable than discs.

3. 8530: Masks
The Kanohi Masks marks the beginning of Bionicle. These are compatible with sets which includes the "Toa Mata" and "Tohunga" heads, and even "Toa Metru" ones. The Kanohi masks are connected to the heads through studs similar to the standard Lego studs.
The set includes 2 random Kanohi masks.
Besides the masks, a Toa Mata Head and a Technic Axle to connect it are included as well

4. 8569: Krana
The Krana are rubber masks included with the Bohrok sets, released in 2002. The Krana are putted inside the Bohrok heads, and when the heads are uncovered, the Krana can be launched by the Bohrok functional gear-based movement. The Krana is, like the Kanohi, compatible with Toa Mata heads and connected by a stud. The Krana, however, isn't compatible with the Toa Metru head pieces introduced in 2004 and used since then.

5. 8598: Kanohi Nuva and Krana Pack
In 2002, with the release of the Toa Nuva, another supplementar set has been released, at this time with Kanohi Nuva instead of standard Kanohi masks. The Kanohi Nuva shares the same compatibility of the standard Kanohi, but are bigger and more detailed.
This set includes 3 random Krana and 2 random Kanohi Nuva

6. 8599: Krana-Kal
In the first semester of 2003, with the release of the Bohrok-Kal line, a new supplementar set has been released, at this time with Krana in new metallic-looking colors. Called as "Krana-Kal", they differ nothing from the standard Krana besides the color variations.

7. 8580: Kraata
The Rahkshi released in 2003 included rubber vermin-like pieces known as Kraata. The Kraata are putted inside the Rahkshi's spine and when the spine is opened, the Kraata can be thrown in a small distance. Each kraata has a blend of two different color combinations according to the element and different details.

8. 8613: Kanoka Disk Launcher Pack
In 2004, the Matoran of Metru Nui and the set 8601 Toa Vakama included disc launchers that launches the same kind of discs the Throwbots launched six years ago. But at this time, each disc contains a different printing and every disc has a glow in the dark color. The discs also had printed a sequence of three numbers that could be useful to the Bionicle official website in 2004. The Vahki line released in the same year launched discs with their "mouth" as well.
This set includes 1 random Disc launcher, a Technic axle pin and 2 random "Kanoka" discs

9. 8748: Rhotuka Spinners
All the Bionicle sets released in 2005 are equipped with Rhotuka spinner launchers in their back. The Rhotuka Spinners are the projectiles which can be thrown in the greatest distances and the launchers are very practical for use. The Rhotuka spinners included codes in the "Matoran Language" which could be used at that time to get some stuff from Bionicle.com's "Kanoka Club".
This set includes 4 Rhotuka spinner without codes printed and 1 Rhotuka spinner with code printed on side

10. 8719: Zamor Spheres
In 2006, with the release of the Piraka, there have been released as well the Zamor Sphere supplementary pack. The Zamor spheres are easy to launch and very compact, compatible with many other Lego themes and used in various different launchers besides the standard sphere launcher of 2006, like the "Midak Skyblaster" of 2008 and "Thornax Launcher" of 2009. This pack came usually with metallic colored spheres, color unavailable in the standard spheres packaged with the Piraka and Inika lines of 2006.
This set includes 10 random Zamor spheres

11. 8934: Squid Ammo
The Barraki line released in the first semester of 2007 included with each six sets the unfamous "Squid launcher". Both Squid projectile and its launcher are made of rubber, what makes it hard to launch, but when launched correctly the squid can go to a reasonable distance. The squids can be trans-light blue, trans-orange or trans-yellow colored.
The set includes 7 random Squids.
After this, no more supplementary sets (accessories or projectiles) have been released with the TECHNIC Based Action Figures.
