Rumored Super Heroes Sets (DC)
This rumor list comes from Smashing Bricks which has been very reliable in the past. Only the DC sets are listed here, because those are the only ones in the Brickset database. (They are un-named, not un-numbered). The Marvel action figures, though confirmed, are absent because there are not any other Marvel sets in the data base. They are still listed at Smashing Bricks if you're interested, not that the names give too much insight.

According to the press releases, the following minifigures will make an appearance in this wave-Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Catwoman, Lex Luthor, The Joker, Harley Quinn, The Riddler, Two-Face, Bane, Bruce Wayne, Robin, and Poison Ivy.

1. 4526: Batman
A Blue Batman action figure. It has been confirmed, but for the sake of completeness of the DC lineup, he and the other two are included here. He is priced at $14.99

2. 4527: The Joker
Per Batman, except this is a miscolored (Purple, Orange, White, and Two Shades of Green) model of The Joker. Rather hideous, in my opinion. Also priced at $14.99

3. 4528: Green Lantern
A Green Lantern action figure. Based on the comic books rather than the recent movie, unlike the Comic-Con minifigure. Once again, priced at $14.99

4. 6858: Catwoman Catcycle City Chase
Rumored to be "BATMAN VS. CATWOMAN". At $11.99, it would be the smallest DC set. It includes Batman with a jetpack, Catwoman with a diamond, whip, and purple motorcycle. There is also scenery such as a stoplight and newspapers

5. 6860: The Batcave
These set numbers are a little strange. This set is supposedly "THE BATCAVE" which considering price, would be the largest set in the line-up. Priced at $69.99. Includes Batman, Robin, Bane, and Poison Ivy. This one's hard to explain, but includes a drill thing for Bane, some sort of vehicle for Batman (Batcycle?), a garage, prison cell for Ivy, bat computer, weapon wall, and other to be identified objects. Will be on display at New York City Comic Con on the weekend of the 13.

6. 6862: Superman Vs Power Armor Lex
This set is supposedly the only non-Batman set in the line. "SUPERMAN VS. LEX LUTHOR" is priced at $19.99. Superman, Lex Luthor, and Wonder Woman minifigures are exclusive to this set. It includes a kryptonite powered mech for Luthor, who seems to have captured Wonder Woman with.

7. 6863: Batwing Battle Over Gotham City
The speculated title for this product (trying to use different words :P) is "BATMAN VS. THE JOKER" priced at $29.99. Minifigures are Batman, The Joker, and a henchman. It is basically a downsized version of the last Batwing set, using newer pieces for Joker's Helicopter.

8. 6864: The Batmobile and the Two-Face Chase
Set numbers may confuse this to be the largest set of the line, but according to the rumors, it's not. It is supposedly the second largest set "BATMAN VS. TWO-FACE". Priced at $49.99. Batman, Two-Face (who is orange and purple), two henchmen, and a police officer. It includes the Batmobile which has been downsized from it's last version, a car (not a truck) for Two-Face and his henchmen. The truck is orange and purple and features a laser cannon and crane. Also included is a bank structure. It is colored tan and features a safe which is meant to be lifted with Two-Face's crane after a window is removed.
