Let's start with building the wall and the Uruk Hai army. Get about 4 or more of these. You'll need only one Eomer.

One of these is all you need. Connect the Uruk-Hai Armies with it. Make two more bombs.

Get about 6 or more for the Uruk Hai army.

6. 9469: Gandalf Arrives
Get this for Gandalf. Keep his head and beard. Dispose of his clothes and hat but get a white torso and legs for him.

7. 4707: Hagrid's Hut
Use Dumbledore's hair piece for Gandalf. Dispose of the rest. Put it together and you have yourself a Gandalf the White!
