This makes sense. In Chamber of Secrets he already had a broomstick, so no need to buy a new one. But Malfoy, wanting to outshine Potter, decided to buy a Nimbus 2001. You still lose anyway, Malfoy.

Well, it is a Durmstrang Ship. Harry not being here is normal. But of course he decided to show up for 4768-2 with bonus minifigures.
After this set, Harry felt bad about missing some sets, so for the rest of sets, he had perfect attendance. Over achiever!
