It was a tough decision, but I believe these are the best sets of these themes.

1. 10937: Batman: Arkham Asylum Breakout
DC Superheroes: This set has all the stuff a good set set needs: a lot of minifigs, a cool look, and awesome secret functions, plus, it appeals to comic book fans.

2. 6868: Hulk's Helicarrier Breakout
Marvel Superheroes: Now most people would take the Quinjet over this set, but the fact that this set has the Hulk, a jet, and the two Asgard brothers, is highly appealing to me.

3. 2504: Spinjitzu Dojo
Ninjago Wave 1: This set is the best, in my opinion, because it includes tons of cool training functions, the Shurikens of Ice, Sensei Wu's spinner, and Nuckal.

4. 9470: Shelob Attacks
Lord of the Rings: This set includes Shelob (includes a pretty neat rolling function, tons of articulation, and a cool web spinner), Gollum, Frodo, and Sam. Awesome set!!

5. 79010: The Goblin King Battle
The Hobbit: This is the top because it includes the Goblin King, three dwarves (Ori, Nori, and Dori), Gandalf, and two goblins. This set also has cool architecture and many cool features.
