A set for only once

6026 is a strange small set. You get the KK1 king, a soldier, a horse and a "tower".
The "tower" is not enough to start with anything, it has only 4 pieces and a poor design. Well, you might use the pieces for your own castle.
The king is OK. I like both the figure and the sword.
The horse has no head protection or else. I can't see it as the king's horse because of this, but it's OK to get an other horse of course.
The KK1 soldier itself is good. I like the (then) new soldier helmet; but since there is only one shield in the set, either he or the king remains unprotected.
The set has no actual building or vehicle. I also don't see it as an army builder. I bought two for a cheap price and I ended up with two soldiers (which is OK) but also with two kings. What should I do with a second king? Turn it into a knight maybe? Well, I could do it, but I would need at least a knight helmet and a shield. So if you buy more than one you need to either buy some support material, or leave almost the half of the set (the king figure) out of your play. Also, I like the idea of a unique body for the king, so a knight with king's body is not for me, but of course this might be a OK for you.
For army building I would suggest the KK1 Defence Archer (4801) set. There, you only need extra swords if you want to have foot soldiers instead of archers. One other possibility might be to combine two sets and use the shield at that set for this one.
This set is only good if you need a KK1 king. It's good to have the opportunity to get the king for a cheaper price. I would like to have at least a second shield though; and some protection for the horse would be fine.
