Lone Ranger now available from shop.LEGO.com

The six Lone Ranger sets can now be ordered from shop.LEGO.com in the USA for immediate dispatch. They are not available in the UK yet, although other countries like Switzerland, can order them, and many of the summer City sets too.
The product feed we receive from LEGO is currently broken so new items are not showing up in the area above. LEGO is aware and is working on a fix.

2013 Galaxy Squad, City, Technic and Creator sets can now be ordered from shop.LEGO.com in north America. There are a few new images available as a result, including for most of Galaxy Squad.
You'll get them in good time for Christmas if you order them now. Don't forget there's free shipping on orders over $99 until December 18th, too. See what's new and order: USA | Canada.
There's no sign of anything new in Europe: we won't be able to order until just after the arrive-before-Christmas deadline :-(

One of the most common questions asked in the forum is "when is set xxx being retired?" Of course none of us know the answer, although we can all speculate.Now however, LEGO has provided a Retiring Soon filter to shop.LEGO.com at http://shop.lego.com/en-US/Back-Again. There are currently eight items in it, including 10193 Medieval Market Village.
I think the new page will be worth keeping an eye on if you want to be sure to catch particular sets before they disappear for good. (via Toys N Bricks)
Update: We've received the following clarification from LEGO about the list:
- This is a trial for the USA and Canada to begin with to see what impact it has on Customer Service issues regarding retiring / retired products.
- Yes the items on this list really are going to retire soon as in once the quantities we have are gone, they’re gone. They won’t be going on back order and we will not be producing anymore. This is not a sales trick, we’re legitimately trying to inform people that this is their last chance!

However we are also told that 'because they just literally went live' you may have to search by theme in order to find them. The Master Builder Academy (MBA) is now up for pre-order on the US LEGO Shop on-line site.
There are two options available at the moment -
- MBA Kit #1 is available to order at US $29.99
- MBA Kit #2-#6 is available as a subscription for US $69.99No confirmed dates, but we believe Kit #1 will ship later this month (May) and, if you take up the subscription, the other sets will follow at roughly two monthly intervals (i.e. Kit #2 in July, Kit #3 in September, etc.)

They, along with the sets I listed the other day, are now listed at LEGOshop.com in the USA. They are not available yet, but will be on 1st Jan. However there's been a bit of a price hike: they are now $2.99! There's a limit of 16 per customer too, which is better than the 5 per customer for Series 2 but not enough, obviously, to guarantee getting a full set. Now might be the time to set up LEGO accounts for your wife and kids and parents so you can place more than one order :-)

I'm pleased to announce that I am now able to provide Canadian users with LEGOshop.com prices in Canadian dollars, thanks to LEGO adding Canada to their affiliate marketing scheme.As with the US and UK data, Brickset will refresh Canadian prices and availability on a daily basis and the 'New at LEGOshop.com' list above will update accordingly. Of course at the moment, everything is new since I've only just started gathering the data but over time, as new sets are added, it will change.
