Hey Huw, Are you going to do a recap of ALL the sets LEGO has discontinued this week (as you've done in the past). I'd say they've discontinued ~20 in the past week.

Posted by R4-G9 in Canada, 30 Nov 2010 11:52

the pharaoh's quest extras are not available yet.

Posted by Huw in United Kingdom, 30 Nov 2010 11:53

Yes, the database will automatically pick that up once the product feed gets updated. Unfortunately there is 2 or 3 days lag on the feed so we won't see the new data until Thursday or so.

Yay!!! No ninjago yet though. Darn.

Posted by Matthew in United Kingdom, 30 Nov 2010 12:15

Did you know that HP years 1-4 is sold out, do you think they'll do another production run? And are these new sets in the UK?

Posted by ambo100 in United Kingdom, 30 Nov 2010 13:33

Is this USA only?

Posted by Matthew in United Kingdom, 30 Nov 2010 13:49

It looks like it, shame

Posted by legoDad42 in United States, 30 Nov 2010 14:02

Anyone know what they'll retail the Pharoah's Quest Battle for? Maybe like $15.00 usd?

Posted by max&joey in United States, 30 Nov 2010 14:09

I live about ten minutes from a Lego store. Are things that are on the web available at stores as well? I know if items are on sale on the web they are usually on sale at the stores for the same price. Thanks!

Posted by bluemoose in United Kingdom, 30 Nov 2010 14:44

Yes, it looks like it's USA only at the moment; they'll probably drip-feed into the other regions over the next week or so.

Sometimes the Brand Stores get sets first, sometimes the on-line store gets them first, sometimes they get them together. We've been getting sporadic reports of some '2011' sets appearing in some US Brand Stores over the last couple of days; it seems to vary from place to place, but the mix seems to be largely consistent with what's available from the US TRUs. The only way to know for sure is to visit the store or give them a call.

Posted by burakki62 in United Kingdom, 30 Nov 2010 14:59

I do hope that these make an appearance here in the UK sometime soon, I am particually interested in the Pharaoh's Quest sets and picking some up as Christmas presents. And if the series 3 minifigures appear too I will be even happier. I'm getting very frustrated listening to all the talk of the new sets and not being able to get my hands on them (o:

Posted by Mabes in United States, 30 Nov 2010 15:27

Nice, now all it needs is series 3 mini-figures to become available and I'll be making a big order.

Posted by I like Lego in Canada, 30 Nov 2010 16:04

I guess Lego also reads Brickset. The "Pharaohs Quest" theme page on S@H has been removed. I am still able to get to the individual set pages though.

Posted by RedBrickMarket in United States, 30 Nov 2010 16:05

Cool... I makein an order

Posted by Kobacca in United States, 30 Nov 2010 16:07

Great! ....so when do Star Wars sets come out?

Posted by PaulTR in United States, 30 Nov 2010 16:09

Cool stuff! I really like the half-track in the Pyramid set, and I think the new minifigures are slick! However, as usual, the sets are a bit too overpriced; the only one accurately priced is 7326 Rise of the Sphinx. However, I still think this theme is pretty cool. Its almost like Johnny Thunder come back from the dead ;)

Posted by legobob in United States, 30 Nov 2010 16:53

YAY but we have to wait till thursday for the photos to be added to brickset :(

Posted by Berrybrick in United States, 30 Nov 2010 16:53

@I Like Lego - not for me, I can still get to the theme page.

Posted by brixton in Canada, 30 Nov 2010 17:49

I picked up the Log Cabin two weeks ago at TRU. It was on sale too for 20% off.

Posted by Jarod98 in United Kingdom, 30 Nov 2010 18:47

@Kobacca - the star wars sets recorded on Brickset are mostly all gonna come out in January 2011.

Posted by benjadude11 in United States, 30 Nov 2010 18:58

I was in a brand store over thanksgiving and all of the pharaohs quest sets except for Rise of the Sphinx were inconspicuously on the shelf in the corner.... they looked mediocre to me, except for the pyramid, which I predict will be worth purchasing.

Posted by Seagull in United States, 30 Nov 2010 19:10

Crud. I was going to buy The Battle of Endor this weekend, but, it looks like I may not be able to. :( However, I'm super glad that the Pharaoh's Queast Biplane set is only $20. WOOT!!! :D

Posted by BooMakuta! in United States, 30 Nov 2010 19:24

Hey Seagull-if you look at the price/piece ratio, it's not that good. It's 125 pieces for $20.00, I think $12.99 wopuld be better...

Anyway, the 2011 sets are out, but it seems that none of the sets I actually want are out. NinjaGo. Hero Factory. Star Wars. A few Atlantis sets. Come on Lego, release the sets!

Posted by cjg in United States, 30 Nov 2010 19:34

@BooMakuta!: But it's a BIPLANE!!!! lol

Posted by spency13 in United States, 30 Nov 2010 20:10

How cool! I just hope they add the other atlantis sets soon!!

Posted by kylejohnson11 in United States, 30 Nov 2010 20:16

I bought the Log Cabin creator set from the LEGO store in the Portland, OR area and it is a very cool set. They also has the Pharaoh Quest sets in the corner of the store. I asked the ladies working the register and they said Series 3 mini figs will be in January, no specific date

Posted by AZFIREWOLF in United States, 30 Nov 2010 21:01

Took advantage of the bogo50 at TRU today. Not a lot of great buys (pretty much cleared out), but I did get 3 ATL sets and 1 city. Going to hold out for the next sale.

On another note. I met three of the area reps for Lego. Wow they are busy.

Posted by BooMakuta! in United States, 30 Nov 2010 21:17

cjg-you will see that Lego has released lots of biplanes: The Red Baron. The Sopwith Camel. All those Adventurers biplanes. Plus, you can always MoC a biplane.

Posted by Seagull in United States, 30 Nov 2010 21:30

@BooMukata!- I'm still buying it. It's a spiffy looking set, great minifigs to. 20 dollars isn't much unless that's half of what you spend a year on LEGO sets. LEGOs are overpriced, but the quality is great, and they provide endless entertainment. And, as cjg said... it's a BIPLANE!! :)

Posted by cjg in United States, 30 Nov 2010 22:41

@BooMakuta!: Those are all old biplane sets, which are EXPENSIVE!(Although I would like to have the red baron and sopwith). I could make a MOC of a biplane, but it probably wouldn't look as cool. And it also has (like Seagull said) cool 'figs.

Posted by superbrick in United States, 30 Nov 2010 22:41

@Seagull-Also, you probably don't want to miss out on Jake Raines really cool flying suit! GREAT FIG!

Posted by dotnetters in United States, 30 Nov 2010 23:20

Too bad the site shows the mummy battle pack, but has no price and is listed as "unavailable" Its like, hey peep how cool these are! , pysch they're not for sale. A great way to get a flying mummy without having to pay 20 dollars for a 125 piece set, but hey I already did that anyway!

Posted by TeamEnergy in United States, 01 Dec 2010 00:25

That scarab looks as if it has been printed on rather than a stupid sticker

Posted by ceroknight in Canada, 01 Dec 2010 00:56

^it is printed

Posted by DrathMaul1997 in United Kingdom, 01 Dec 2010 09:43

Anyone have any idea if Pharaoh's quest will come to the UK before Jan?

Posted by Matthew in United Kingdom, 01 Dec 2010 10:19

BooMakuta! and spencey13 the Atlantis sets are on there, It's just that there isn't a 'new' on the link.

Posted by KJM72 in United States, 01 Dec 2010 11:04

That Mummy battle pack is beyond cool. I'll see if I can get that at TRU.

Posted by Seagull in United States, 01 Dec 2010 18:00

I have a question-- to what store is the Mummy Battle pack exclusive to??

Posted by skherbeck in United States, 01 Dec 2010 19:07

Posted by mommylego in United States, 01 Dec 2010 20:32
