Brickset needs your help!

I'm looking to introduce an exciting new feature to Brickset in the coming months. However some of code I'm looking to use does not run on the current server platform. So, are you an expert in LAMP? Are you able to help select and set up a LAMP hosting platform and generally advise and guide me on its use? If so, get in touch and tell me why you fit the bill.

    Thanks!

I might know a person who could help. He's an expert with Python, I don't know about LAMP. I'll ask him.

I don't know LAMP, but I am proficient enough in php and mysql if you need any help with code. You know where I am if you want to discuss.

I've been a php developer for the past 8 years. I could probably offer some assistance with apache config and mysql usage stuff. Probably not so much things at the Linux level though.

@Huw Are you really sure it is a good idea to mix up two different platforms just to add a new feature? That is a nasty problem from an engineering point of view, for it may cause a lot of troubles afterwards. Couldn't we simply understand whether there's another way to integrate this functionality with the current technology?

I don't mean to sound stupid, but the only LAMP I know is the one you turn on to light a room. :P

Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP...

I am really awesome with the entire bunch; except unfortunately, I am book with ridiculous amount of projects.

Goodluck, hope you get it up and running.
