    -Fashion Valley, San Diego, CA
    -Sawgrass Mills, Sunrise, FL    "

    It's our understanding that there will be other, non-North American, stores announced later in the year ... no news on where or when, but keep an eye on the LEGO retail job vacancy site ... http://jobsatlego.com/search/retail ... as the store manager jobs usually pop up here ...

Because San Diego NEEDS one. No longer will we need to get on a freeway just to go to Carlsbad...where legoland is...

San Diego Metro area has a population around 3 million people. The entire state of Idaho has a population of 1.5 million. That, higher median income, and more tourist, are just some of the reasons San Diego is getting a store and Boise doesn't have one. CA is the largest state (population) and one of the richest. That's why have so many stores. Heck the Anahiem and planned San Diego stores are only like 100 miles apart.

W00t! No more driving to Legoland in Carlsbad or going back to the O.C. to go to Anaheim. We're getting one right next door in San Diego!

Finally! Always wanted one actually in San Diego, not just Carlsbad or all the way up in Anaheim. I will definitely check this one out when it opens.

I was thinking that Sunrise would be closer to where I live than Orlando (which is about an hour away), but after seeing that it is only 40 minutes out of Miami, that is definitely not going to happen, unless I'm going to be surfing at the beach down there! ;)
