When you get half way through checkout at the 'Payment' stage, there's a section titled 'Catalogue/promo code'. Enter it there.

And off course I had to order 10186 General Grievous in the last week of May. But that doesn't matter because it's for US and UK only it seems.
There are AFOLs in the Netherlands too you know! :-)

I'm based in Ireland and was able to use the UK code. When I applied it my shipping was reduced by €10 and when I reviewed the status of my order Vader's tie fighter has also been added. Perhaps Ireland and the UK are treated as one zone.
