    The Argos offer started today and runs until next Wednesday, I believe. It seems the Argos website had trouble handling demand earlier today, if reports in the forum are anything to go by, but it appears to be okay at the moment.

    Team up with 2 pals, buy three of the same set and thus get them at 33% off. Don't delay though, the chances of finding stores with three of a set will of course reduce over time, particularly after the weekend.

    Click through on the image to see all LEGO that Argos stocks, and if you buy or reserve an item, Brickset gets a (very) small kick-back. Thank you for your support.

Something not quite right about their offer. When I click through from Bricklink, the offer is not showing for the cheaper end of the range. But when I went in NOT via Bricklink, it was.

It states on the Argos website that the discount will be calculated at the till - this deal is not available online, so you need to reserve and pick up the items in-store. As some folks who have recently experienced Argos's home delivery service will confirm, in-store pick up is by far the best way to go with these guys anyway....

If the sets are in stock, and you pick them up before the promotion ends next Wednesday, you'll get your discount.

Picked up my 3 sets today and was suprised to see I was the only one in the shop, with offers like these on all the toys, I thought things would have been a bit more hectic. Anyway the three sets I wanted were in stock and saved myself £69.
Now to get building.

My 3 pre-order sets were available for pick up today, and they were all immaculate. I count myself rather lucky.
