    ?

... going to be announced on Tuesday!

The competition is still open, and will be until tomorrow night, midnight EST.

    Here's the original announcement:

    ---

We've teamed up with the Community, Engagement and Communication team at LEGO  to give you the chance to win these two ComicCon exclusive preview edition Super Heroes minifigs!

These Green Lantern and Batman figures won't be available anywhere else until 2012, so this is your chance to get hold of them before then!

The competition's aim is to raise awareness of the LEGO Super Heroes Challenge building contest, which offers a grand prize of a trip for 4 to Warner Bros. Studios, WB Animation, and LEGOLAND California Resort and the complete 2012 LEGO Super Heroes: DC Universe collection.

All you have to do is answer the question on the competition page. You can find the answer on the contest's website at LEGOSuperHeroes.com. Once you've done so, get building and enter the Challenge!

    ---

At the GWLS evening event yesterday an identical pair of these minifigs fetched over £60 (that's probably about $100) in the auction, so the winner is going to be very lucky indeed. If you haven't already entered, do so now!

The suspense is intolerable! I hope I win, and good luck to everybody.

How many people have got it right?

Posted by Ypres in Canada, 02 Oct 2011 17:41

I entered a while back! Shame to think anybody could put a price on a prize... but it shows you some collectors (re-sellers) think about money first.

Can't wait for Tuesday!

Aww, come on! I read the title and was really excited about finding out the winner and all I get is that it will be announced on Tuesday!

@NickBrick: He did say on Tuesday- am I right?

Good luck to you all! I don't expect to win- I hope I do- but if any of you do- way to go.

Posted by spency13 in United States, 03 Oct 2011 17:16

@NickBrick, I don't believe they've announced it yet..... HAVE THEY?!?!!?!?!

Posted by Dan The Man 17 in Canada, 03 Oct 2011 19:06

I would just hope that whoever wins actually uses them...plays with them. Rather than have them sit on a shelf gathering dust. Because those people can wait till next year to do that :P

So anxious... I rrrrreeeeeaaaaalllllyyyyywant those Minifigs! Oh, just out of the ordinary, how will I be able to receive the prize, by giving you my address? I also have school tomorrow, but I will try to check in the morning. If I win them, I can use them in my Lego videos on Youtube before the sets actually come out!:D Also, Dan The Man 17, you bring up an awesome point. I didn't think that somebody would win and just have them sitting out on a shelf. There is a certain word i would use for that, and that word is J-E-R-K. ;)

@unleashed people have the freedom to use Lego the way they want. Some see Lego as a toy, some see it as art and others see it as an investment. That's what makes Lego amazing and appealing to all ages, the kids, the teens and AFOLs. I don't mind how the winner uses the figures, it's up to them :)
