I bought it at KMart in Australia about two weeks ago; IIRC they had 20% off all Lego. It's not a bad Advent Calendar, it's a good mix of figures and mini-builds. Cops, robbers, ice fishing and Santa. Kids will still love it. There are some good picture reviews of the set on the web too.

Both the City and SW calenders are 25% off at Mastermind. I already had the City from TRU when they had it 25% off , so it was time to pick the SW up before they are gone.
