Just to let you know, they also have a Power Miners set as well.

Posted by skipp in Netherlands, 22 May 2009 17:11

Whoa, three updates in a day! Now that's gotta be some kind of record.

Posted by Emerald Night in United States, 22 May 2009 17:17

This is great. When will Space Police get on the site? Also don't you think the castle sets are amazing!!

Posted by Alemas in Germany, 22 May 2009 17:17

I've seen them, and they are SO cool! But the BIG news is: the big red monster has a throwing arm to throw rocks! WOW! Let's hope the UK gets it soon!

Posted by Republic Commando Sev in United States, 22 May 2009 17:18

@Alemas: All the big Rock Monsters have throwing arms. We've known about that for a few months. (Or at least I have...)
Sev

Posted by Alemas in Germany, 22 May 2009 17:22

There are even a few new Racers sets there too! They are: Monster Crushers, Street Extreme, and Ferrari Truck!

Posted by Alemas in Germany, 22 May 2009 17:25

Apparently, the new Thomas sets are based on the "Great Discovery" DVD! Never heard of it...

Posted by ARC170Dinofighter in Canada, 22 May 2009 18:14

No Indy sets yet! Phew! Still time to save up...

Posted by Alemas in Germany, 22 May 2009 18:22

RED ALERT, RED ALERT! Space Police sets are out too in the US! They are not in "themes" but are under "What's New"! Select "Products launched in 2009", select "View all" and scroll down until you find the Space Police sets Squidman Escape, Freeze Ray Frenzy, Gold Heist, and Space Truck Getaway(Container Heist)! THEY ARE THERE!!!

Posted by Republic Commando Sev in United States, 22 May 2009 18:27

Oh sweet! Thanks Alemas!
Sev

Posted by Alemas in Germany, 22 May 2009 18:29

@Rep. Comm. Sev: You are welcome;): I always try to help people in this search for Summer sets :)!

Posted by Emerald Night in United States, 22 May 2009 18:33

Thanks Alemas. I would have never noticed. I dont know about you but im going to get the hyperspeed pursuit. Honestly, i dont like gold heist and container heist. Galactic enforcer is also one that everybody should keep there eye out for

Posted by Republic Commando Sev in United States, 22 May 2009 18:33

I just noticed, that "Cyclops" name is Snake. What?! What kind of name is that for a one eyed alien? Cyclops is way better...
I'm thinking about getting the Container Heist, I really like it...
Sev

Posted by Alemas in Germany, 22 May 2009 18:39

@Emerald Night: Umm, it's not on that list!
@Sev: Cyclops... who was that... the alien that was in the SPIII movie in the interrogation room? If he's that alien, I agree with you!

Posted by Emerald Night in United States, 22 May 2009 18:41

Sorry about the confusion. Im going to get hyperspeed when it comes out. On the canadian toysrus website it says its coming out june first.

Posted by Republic Commando Sev in United States, 22 May 2009 18:41

@Alemas: Yes, that was the guy in the interrogation room.
Sev

Posted by Alemas in Germany, 22 May 2009 18:45

@Emerald Night: Ah, I see.
@Sev: Oh, so I agree with you, it would have been better calling him Cyclops! Or Arachnoid, since he actually has more than one eye!
P.S. You wrote Alemas wrong!
@Grahame: So, are you going to write an article regarding this finding? Possibly with my nickname written there?

Posted by Republic Commando Sev in United States, 22 May 2009 19:05

@Alemas: Hey, I spelled it right every other time!
I wonder when there adding the other Power Miners sets...
Sev

Posted by Republic Commando Sev in United States, 22 May 2009 19:06

Nevermind, they have the new sets!
$35 for the Rock Wreckar?!?!?!?! Geez that is so overpriced...
Sev

Posted by Alemas in Germany, 22 May 2009 19:13

@Sev: Woah, I didn't notice the new Power Miners sets, just the Titanium Command Rig! Anyways, they all look cool(as always)!

Posted by Alemas in Germany, 22 May 2009 19:14

LOL, the Rock Wrecker has a coffee maker! You really need it in the mines there!

Posted by Republic Commando Sev in United States, 22 May 2009 19:15

@Alemas: I think they just went on in the past 10 minutes.
Sev

Posted by Yoda 56 in United States, 22 May 2009 19:16

Great! I will go on Shop@Home right away!

Posted by Alemas in Germany, 22 May 2009 19:17

@Sev: Actually, I only scrolled only through half of the page, and as soon I saw the Titanium Command Rig, I quickly abandoned the page and searched other themes! Over-excitementt often makes bad jokes...

Posted by Republic Commando Sev in United States, 22 May 2009 19:21

Guys, if you look at the River Heist on Lego.com, they have Agent Fuse twice in the picture! He's in the his little boat, and is standing on the Bad Guys Boat!
I love the Bad Guys names in the River Heist, Dollar Bill and Dyna-Mite.
Sev

Posted by Alemas in Germany, 22 May 2009 19:27

@Sev: LOL! When picture editing goes bad... That's a bit like on Dino Track Transport, when one of the "mudguards" was put too far back, blocking the entrance!

Posted by micah82 in United States, 22 May 2009 19:32

If you type in Space Police at the legoshop search then it will bring them up.

Posted by Shamu1Believe in United States, 22 May 2009 19:47

There is also summer 2009 Racers and Ferrari.

Posted by LEGOfan2009 in United States, 22 May 2009 20:13

Awesome!!! I'll go check it out right now!

Posted by Trandoshan in Canada, 22 May 2009 22:16

Hmm, funny that you have to search for them. Maybe they didn't mean to put them up?

These are the sets available:

5969-Squidman escape: CAD 7.99
5970-Freeze ray frenzy: CAD 12.99
5971-Gold heist: CAD 24.99
5972-Space truck getaway: CAD 39.99

Posted by Retsnom Kcor in United States, 22 May 2009 23:30

Oh... this makes me mad and glad at the same time. Why mad? I didn't know this. I JUST ordered three sets from the TRU website...... I should've known....... But, at least I can get them from Lego now......

Eerex

EDIT: I still got the Crystal King cheaper though, thanks to the PM sale on TRU.......

Posted by LastStand in Canada, 23 May 2009 00:57

www.toysnbricks.com has news that ToysRUs Canada has a LEGO Sale for ALL Power Miners, City, Pirates, and Racers sets. This is a good way to get these NEW LEGO Sets at a disconted price just when they got released !

Posted by chrisdog121411 in United States, 23 May 2009 01:18

wow i hate to admit this but for once TRU prices are the same @ lego.com i must be dreaming.

Posted by melkor23 in Germany, 23 May 2009 02:43

Why not in the German LEGO Shop? :-(

Posted by brickzone in Ireland, 23 May 2009 04:29

Looking forward to seeing these sets on S@H for Ireland (hopefully the mark-up over the rest of Eurozone won't be too high).

Posted by Alemas in Germany, 23 May 2009 07:18

Here's an explanation of how I found out the SPIII sets on Legoshop.com: I wanted to see all of the new Summer sets currently available without looking at all the themes, so I clicked on "What's new". Then I clicked on "Products launched on 2009". I selected "View all", and then, scrolling down the page, I found, to my shock, the Space Police sets! Heh, I should use that link again for the following years...

Posted by jack75 in United States, 23 May 2009 08:20

I didn't see a Space Police category...

Posted by Alemas in Germany, 23 May 2009 08:22

@jack75: Use the walk-through I posted above to find the Space Police 3 sets! It starts with "RED ALERT, RED ALERT!"!

Posted by Commander-Cody in United Kingdom, 23 May 2009 10:21

@ Alemas: "I clicked on "What's new". Then I clicked on "Products launched on 2009". I selected "View all", and then, scrolling down the page, I found, to my shock, the Space Police sets! Heh, I should use that link again for the following years..."
This doesn't work now - TLG must have made a mistake.

Posted by Alemas in Germany, 23 May 2009 10:41

@Commander-Cody: Set the country as United States, and it will show up!

Posted by ping1232 in United States, 23 May 2009 11:00

Does anybody know when the second wave of spIII is coming out? Because I think that is when the other two will come out.

Posted by nadnerb112 in United States, 23 May 2009 11:18

i think july or augest

Posted by ping1232 in United States, 23 May 2009 11:29

Ok well that is a little long from now:-( Does anybody know when the little sets come out the k-n bot and the speeder? Frist or second wave?

Posted by Mr. F in Canada, 23 May 2009 12:21

YES! FINALLY! Now I don't have to get overpriced Agents from TRU anymore!

Posted by ET in United States, 23 May 2009 13:23

Crystal King, Titanium Command Rig and Rock Wrecker also available.

Posted by thebrickdaddy in United States, 23 May 2009 13:26

Sorry, Mr. F, but the Robo Attack and Arial Defense Unit are both $10 more at TRU, and the 4-Wheeling Pursuit is $5 more. Looks like you'll be paying more after all...

Posted by Alemas in Germany, 23 May 2009 13:55

@Comm.-Cody: Woops, sorry! I should remember to be more specific...:P Anyways, bluemoose said in a comment in "Space Police III starting to trickle into stores" that SPIII won't be available in the UK:(! It's from official LEGO statements:(! Also, Chrome Darth Vaders? That's odd... LEGO made only 10,000 of them, and inside Star Wars products! So how did they get those?

Posted by Kobacca in United States, 23 May 2009 14:27

So when are the Star Wars sets coming out.....?

Posted by Alemas in Germany, 23 May 2009 14:28

@Kobacca: No idea... maybe... who knows?

Posted by ARC170Dinofighter in Canada, 23 May 2009 14:53

Hmm... the green Inferno in 4-Wheel Pursuit is Dr, D. Zaster. Very fitting. He sounds like the Joker... Magma Commander is also fitting, as he's with a volcano.
Agent Sift is new, as is Agent Swipe.
I'm just upset that they replaced Claw-Dette and Break Jaw with Dyno-Mite and Dollar Bill.
Robo Attack is cool. It has the same break apart function as Life On Mars and the Crystal Reaper. Light up flame- ahsn't been used since that old creater set! I'd imagine that bumped up the price.

Posted by Alemas in Germany, 23 May 2009 16:35

Any news on new Summer sets at Toys 'R' Us or other stores? Oh, BTW, here's a quick link to the page where Space Police is featured on Legoshop.com in the US(remember, you have to scroll down a little. Also, set the country as United States):

http://shop.lego.com/WhatsNew/ProductsLaunched2009.aspx?va=1

It's also useful if you want to see all of the new sets!

Posted by nadnerb112 in United States, 23 May 2009 17:03

Does anyone notice they only realeased non licsened themes and not star wars and indiana jones?!?!

Posted by Commander-Cody in United Kingdom, 23 May 2009 17:20

yes. And Indy and Star Wars are just what I want. I'll have to wait.
I suppose I can earn more money from my part time job by then though!

@ Alemas again: It has been posted on Eurobricks once someone from the Uk sent an email to S@H that retail laws actually don't permit chrome darth vaders in random sets so you can buy any Star Wars set(s) you like for £29.99 or over and you get the chromie as an extra. I don't think each TRU will have many though.

Posted by Alemas in Germany, 23 May 2009 17:20

@nadnerb112: Yeah, I noticed too! That's strange though...

Posted by Alemas in Germany, 23 May 2009 17:25

@Comm.-Cody: Ah, I see. They can't put the Darth Vader in random sets, so they put it alongside every LEGO Star Wars set when you have an order of them for £29.99 or over! Ingenious! Anyways, I don't know what's Eurobricks, so I didn't know that info!

Posted by Alemas in Germany, 23 May 2009 18:12

Hey, Commander-Cody, looks like your finding of the Chrome Darth Vader promotion here in the UK is on a Brickset article! Congrats!

Posted by ping1232 in United States, 23 May 2009 18:28

Guys the starwars and indiana jones sets are coming out in Augest!

Posted by Mr. F in Canada, 23 May 2009 21:12

@the brickdaddy
What I meant was that now that they're available from Lego S@H, I don't have to get them from TRU.

Posted by Alemas in Germany, 24 May 2009 07:28

Why doesn't the US get the RC Racers? I'm from the UK, but I'm very curious...

Posted by ARC170Dinofighter in Canada, 24 May 2009 17:25

I was at TRU yesterday and found this out:
Space Police III and the new Agents, City and Racers are out in Canada.

Posted by Mr. F in Canada, 24 May 2009 17:50

Do you mean out in stores or just on the website, ARC170?

Posted by Dentarthurdent in Australia, 24 May 2009 22:02

Is is just me, or is the Lego website temporarily down?

Posted by Republic Commando Sev in United States, 24 May 2009 23:11

How is it down?
Sev

Posted by Dentarthurdent in Australia, 25 May 2009 04:26

@Sev: down as in not working
but it's ok it's working now:P something was obviously wrong with me...the new sets look awesome not that we hadn't seen them before though

Posted by ARC170Dinofighter in Canada, 25 May 2009 17:35

Mr. F, it's in stores, but so far only TRU as far as I know.

Posted by Mr. F in Canada, 25 May 2009 22:20

Oh, YEEEEESSSSSS!

Posted by GameOn99 in United States, 26 May 2009 07:55

I am so exited that I am calling my local lego store every day to see if they have them there yet. I will post as soon as they have them.

Posted by nadnerb112 in United States, 26 May 2009 10:56

On the theme thing on shop it has space police!! Heres a link http://shop.lego.com/ByTheme/

Posted by Mr. F in Canada, 26 May 2009 11:07

Hmmm... No Galactic Enforcer or High-Speed Pursuit yet.

Posted by ARC170Dinofighter in Canada, 26 May 2009 17:33

No, there isn't. I had only seen Freeze Ray Frenzy, The one with the four armed guy and the one with Snake.

Posted by Zwing in United Kingdom, 28 May 2009 12:13

These new sets better be on lego shop UK soon...

Posted by GameOn99 in United States, 28 May 2009 16:47

THEY ARE IN THE USA LEGO STORES NOW!!!!!!!!!!
I called and they said that they hed the first four space police(no word on hyper speed persuit or galactic enforcer) but I am sure that the others are coming soon.

P.S. The lego website has a new picture for the agents theme and the name on the picture now says agents 2.0

Posted by ARC170Dinofighter in Canada, 28 May 2009 17:03

Why does it say 2.0 now?

Posted by GameOn99 in United States, 28 May 2009 17:17

Because they are calling the new agents sets "agents 2.0" but for some reason (unknown to me but I think that they are just going with the newer name to get attention) they are using the new name for both.

Posted by Zwing in United Kingdom, 29 May 2009 11:30

The new agents must be on its way to lego shop UK because a new agent (the name is unknown by me) is shown on the agents link when you click "by theme" at lego shop's home in the UK

Posted by Greyface in United States, 30 May 2009 10:08

The new agent is Agent Swipe, he is awesome. For America, at least, 4 Space Police and all the Agents 2.0 (+ new Castle) are on LEGOShop.com. What's really great is that they are still keeping the old Castle, Agents, etc. just in case you haven't bought all you wanted yet.

Posted by Zwing in United Kingdom, 30 May 2009 11:12

There are quite alot of new sets on lego shop UK but none were available...yet. The new female agent in the aerial defense unit set is called agent swift.
