There are a couple of newsworthy offers on in Holland at the moment:

From m4x1994: Until the 28th of July 2012, Dutch people can buy all LEGO games offered by the V&D stores (www.vd.nl) using airmiles only. So basically free LEGO games if you have loads of airmiles, all you have to pay is the shipping cost (€3,95) if you buy them online. If you visit the stores you don't need to pay anything, other than the airmiles.

Right now, they still have 10 different games in stock:

    • 3837, Monster 4 - 900 Airmiles
    • 3843, Ramses Pyramid - 1900 Airmiles
    • 3835, Robo Champ - 995 Airmiles
    • 3836, Magikus - 995 Airmiles
    • 3838, Lava Dragon - 1295 Airmiles
    • 3841, Minotaurus - 2495 Airmiles
    • 3862, Harry Potter Hogwards - 3495 Airmiles
    • 3860, Heroica Castke Fortaan - 2999 Airmiles
    • 3861, Lego Champion - 3499 Airmiles
    • 3864, Mini-taurus - 1499 Airmiles

Anyone know if Bart smith ship to uk and how much? I would love the pyramid at that price!

Thanks!
Just ordered 8 sets (normally €100) for €0,00! I didn't have to pay shipping cost because my order was over €100... I may order the pyramid later.

@pd66, they only ship in the Netherlands.

^@rherberg - thanks for the info

@rherberg and @flori9 - can I tempt you to order one on my behalf and ship it over to me?

Posted by TWP in Netherlands, 07 Jul 2012 09:37

@pd66, if you want, I can buy & sent one to you! I don't know if it's cheaper for you including shipping costs?
Shipping to uk is around €20, and without box (smaller) around €9, but I might mistake a bit, so you better check out yourself.
In return, you can buy me a/some team GB minifigure(s)? I'll pay of course myself for those.

@twp - sent you a pm! Cheers

I would be interested in a pyramid set too if shipping to the US doesn't cost too much. Send me a pm if you're willing to help thank you! :)

Posted by rherberg in Netherlands, 07 Jul 2012 17:31

shipping in the US would be almost €25 (if the weight listed on the site of bart smit is correct) so probably not worth the troubles?

castke fortaan? :P

Posted by TWP in Netherlands, 08 Jul 2012 05:28

@playftl, I could do that too, but cannot send you a pm, because you listed you don't want to be contacted via brickset. You have to contact me.

@playftl, @rherberg, shipping cost around €20 indeed, but if you don't care about the box it can cost around €9, if i'm right.

I would love to get my hands on the pyramid. Don't care about the box either. Anyone help?

Posted by pd66 in United Kingdom, 09 Jul 2012 05:05

Looks like the brickset effect has struck again - just checked the Bart Smit website and Scorpion Pyramid is no longer listed suggesting it is now out of stock?

Posted by beegeedee in Ireland, 09 Jul 2012 06:47

It's really no surprise at that price.
