2013 Galaxy Squad, City, Technic and Creator sets can now be ordered from shop.LEGO.com in north America. There are a few new images available as a result, including for most of Galaxy Squad.

You'll get them in good time for Christmas if you order them now. Don't forget there's free shipping on orders over $99 until December 18th, too. See what's new and order: USA | Canada.

There's no sign of anything new in Europe: we won't be able to order until just after the arrive-before-Christmas deadline :-(

Australia won't get them until the end of Jan, really annoying. I really like Galaxy Squad *sigh*.

I am confused. The Christmas is announced since October. A lot of people I know will buy the gifts in January due to the discounts. And now you can buy 2013 sets in December 2012? It is a bit annoying, I must say. I am somewhat conservative with this. Is there really nothing left from the 2012 sets you would like to find under the Christmas tree?

Of course, no Super Heroes *sigh* -_-

Or a new modular building...I really can't wait, I hope there is one for 2013...

I hope they add pictures to the sets without them soon. The Galaxy Squad sets look great

I'm not digging the prices for galaxy squad. Not a single set under 10 dollars.

On the canadian page, the Construction Hauler creator set is called Sattelschlepper , kinda funny.

Why are they not showing up on the 'new at legoshop.com' ? Just wondering :)

*Gutted* Galaxy Squad won't be available before Christmas in UK. Huw - re your last point in your item above, have LEGO confirmed this to you?

It seems there is no image for the vermin vaperizer, they don't have the museun hiest set, ninjago sets, or any of the licensed sets.

I know I am probably one of the few, but I am holding out for the TMNT sets... Galaxy squad looks cool, but I have never been interested in space themes... Give me some more Castle, LoTR and Pirates, then I will be excited!

No complete series listing for GS yet. As soon as it's available it's a done deal!

The set prices are outrageous! $8 City sets have 51 and 40 pieces! The fire motorcycle only has 40 pieces and one mini figure. The fire car has 80 pieces and is $12?! Whatever happened to the $10 sets? The Galaxy Squad sets aren't any better, another $12 set that shouldn't be more than $10. Then 70704 only has 3 mini figures and is $60. This is ridiculous for none license sets. More so the city sets that have no new minifigures or pieces.

TLG has certainly bumped up the prices, but my gosh those galaxy squad sets are just gorgeous. The design and creativity behind the insect-like ships is really fantastic. I wasn't even interested in them before and now I'm contemplating picking up a few. In particular, the '70702 Warp Stinger' is what sold me and the color scheme is perfect. Well done TLG, well done.

@ VeeDubGuy83 There's supposed to be three total Hobbit movies so I think we can safely say TLG isn't done with LOTR/The Hobbit yet. I think there is plenty more to come.

nothing of interest so far......
waiting for TMNT and the new friends bagged sets.

That Warp Stinger is awesome. @_@ I just hope the "tail" can extend backwards, so it looks more like it's flying "foward."

Found some Galaxy Squad sets when I went to TRU today.

Sweet... new engine blocks, and translucent pieces. I have one nephew who will love these. Now if only the 2013 Star Wars sets magically appear.

Posted by Darth_Maul_Epic in United States, 30 Nov 2012 16:58

The most appealing one to me is the Warp Stinger as it looks like an average battle vehicle of the bugs and includes both a human, robot, and bug.

And why not have the fire station when the old one has been retired for this one?
@The Green Brick Giant: Those two sets you said are $7, not $8, but still $1 too much for I to want them. $8 is though what TRU wants, however all the CIty 2013 sets are BOGO as well until tomorrow, so it will be $6 each if you buy both of them.

I was so hoping that Horizon Express would miraculously be available...oh well...

The LEGO Store in Tigard, OR has all of the preliminary 2013 sets; City, Hobbit, Galaxy Squad all in stock in the store. They are also offering a Holiday PaB box for all purchases over $75 redeemable after Christmas.
