The Lego UK site says the free Friends poly is 30103, not 41013.

30103 matches the picture I saw on the LEGO site. I submitted a news message to Huw and said 41013 was the set number since the set name described the car and we're now in 2013. It never occurred to me to look at 2012 sets. Oops!

Do they double up - so if you spend >£25 on a friends set, does that qualify for the general >£25 helicopter too, or is that only for spend on "non-friends" sets?

To answer my own question, it would appear it does double up - testing it online at least - so a £25 / 30€ friends spend gets two free polys.
