WM in Burnaby (Lougheed Mall) had them earlier this week.

You can get them 20% off at Chapters in addition if you spend $30 you get a free 30243 Polybag (at least in Ottawa)

These are all available at TRU, WalMart, Target and TLG stores in the Portland, OR, USA region.

Some Walmarts in the Greater Toronto Area had all series 2 and 3 scan up to $2 Canadian. I was able to get over 300 across 5 stores. I went the next day and they were all put back to regular price.
