If you haven't had enough of me harping on about how good the PoP sets are and still need persuading to part with your hard-earned for them, you can now check out the Prince of Persia microsite on LEGO.com, which went live today and which features some very cool animations, wallpapers and animations.

The site is nice! @Huw, you said animations twice. I love the bios! Today I saw a commercial on TV for PoP legos; specifically Alamut Fortress and the other big one with the light-up brick. :)

They have a typo in the charecter bios. They put a picture of a hassassin and called him shiek amar. I don't really know why they did that. And little market salesman guy has no bios. I mean he isn't important but thats pretty mean. lol

Wow there's two sections for animations? I feel overwhelmed...

For the first (1st) time in my life, I'm genuinely impressed by a Lego microsite. This might eventually lead to my purchase of a PoP set despite my ridiculously low regard for them. Consider me persuaded. 7573 looks impressive.

Hmm, no wonder yesterday me and my son saw the commercial on T.V. And the Prince..er.. "Dastan" (I just cannot get used to that name, the games did not have it!) has some pretty nice collectible friends/minifigures, I want a Nizam.

The movie looks suckish, but I might buy Fight for the Dagger just for the dagger, fruit, etc.

The intro animation they did for this microsite is really neat. Really gives a good sense of the sets and is fun to watch.
