    Valid through Saturday 7/17/10, this week's BOGO 50% off coupon can now be used online.  While reviewing your cart on toysrus.com, just enter Coupon # 939046 in the Promotional Code Box and then hit APPLY to see the discount.  Please note this discount will only apply to one set per online transaction.  While the Medieval Market and Carousel are not currently in stock, the Fire Brigade is showing as available and would be the best set to pair up with the Cargo Train (outside of getting 2 Cargo Trains).  Additionally, shipping is free for orders over $100.

    Unrelated Note:  TRU is listing the LEGO Nintendo DS Armor Cases at more than 40% off.  While I don't have a DS, I have definitely been considering the included plates for a Lego movie theater... :o)

Well I'd love to order the Atlantis Portal and City Construction Site but it looks like my mom is a strict "no". I have a trip planned for Legoland in early August but I'd rather not carry so much stuff across the border. At least if I ordered from TRU it would be shipped to my aunt and she'd bring it up to Canada in Sept. I figure I'm getting the sets while in Legoland anyway, so why not save my parents $50?! Man, if only I could get my dad to see the deal.

Whoa, hello! 2010 Technic is listed there now too!
Time to place my two orders: Motorized Excavator plus Cargo train, and Mobile Crane plus Passenger train.
As an aside, the the $200 MSRP for the Excavator makes it the most expensive Technic set ever, to my knowledge.
Unfortunately, the Fire Brigade is showing as sold out now.

This coupon was great. I got some great deals on some sets. Thou my local store is all sold out of the INJ sets I was able to stock up.

Sweet! I was able to order the Cargo Train and Fire Brigade this morning. I guess TRU only stocks up a handfull of Fire Brigades because it is always sold out.

Anyone else get 75% off on the second set using the coupon in the store? (I only used the coupons at one store, so I'm not sure if it works in other stores). Let me explain:

Yesterday, I purchased two City TRU Trucks, priced at $39.99 each. I was only charged $9.99 for the second set. My receipt showed 50% off the set as $19.99 and than 50% off the $19.99 for a total charge of $9.99. That's 75% off!!!!

Today, I went back with a handful of coupons......wanted to see if it was a one time screw up. So, I purchased two City Tank Trucks, priced at $18.99 each, which is $1 cheaper than Lego. Payed only $4.74 for the second item. Once again, 75% off the second item.

So, not wasting my good fortune......I dropped off my bag in the truck and went back to purchase two Cargo Trains. Luckily, there were two on the shelf. Got the second train set for $44.99.

Went to lunch....felt good....so I went back to TRU and bought the City Airport and Atlantis Portal, priced at $99.99 each, and got the second on for $24.99. Waited and then went in my last time and bought two City Trucks, priced at $33.99 each, and got the second for $8.49.

The nice thing, TRU didn't jack up the price on these sets. Now I sit here, debating if I want to go back and get more.....8 hours til closing.

Picked up 10 8043, 6 8053, 3 8052, 2 8051 on this deal. WHAT A STEAL!!!! I only got 50% off but I can't complain about that. Not sure how it is I can order these sets from TRU but not from Lego directly...
