To me, the thing Brickset does best is listen to user feedback. Huw is amazingly responsive, even with some of my more ridiculous requests.

I like the fact that I can look at sets I want and can keep track of the ones I have. Overall a great site.

The collection database, to be able to record sets you own/want and now additional information about them is fantastic.

United Kingdom

Your site covers more than I'd need about any of the LEGO sets.
It's intuitive, it is fast, accurate, gathers all you would like to know about a set, minifigs, manuals. Search engine is handy. Good WorK!
The 'I want' / 'I have' option is very nice feature also.

Ease of use, comprehensiveness, and memory (remembers my settings, preferences, customizable experience).

What I like the most, and the reasons for signing in to Brickset is the "My Sets" facillity. Thanks to it I now have a detailed database of the sets I own and the sets I want, and thanks to the new Advanced Collection Manager I can now add more information to my sets, thank you very much for that.
Is much to like about this site, everythink.

The news and database

Germany

The product/set database, which is incredibly detailed.

United Kingdom

I like the news, that I can organise my collection and my wishes. And the new Amazon bargain site is great!

Germany

The comprehensive nature of the site is a huge bonus. That and the search tools are great. I also like that I can store my sets on the site and have lists for Sets I want as well. I also like that Huw is responsive to fan requests, adding various features even in the past year.

Brunei Darussalam

The database of sets is the most important thing of this site. It should be the main goal of the site (IMO) to make this database as complete as possible, i.e. provide as much information about sets as possible. For example box photos, multiple shots of the sets, etc. Let the user contribute the data. The "Info" option was a step in that direction.

Denmark

Germany

Extremely excellent database and a great resource for photos, information, history, instructions. I like to randomly browse to see what themes or sets I may have missed. Well maintained and always expanding.

United States

I just love brickset. Visit more times a day.

What I like most:
- The speed of news.
- The "New additions to the database" overview.
- The "My Sets" functionality
- The amazon tracker is also great.

Netherlands

I like the set database. It's very useful.

Netherlands

Due to the organization, accuracy and overall completeness, this is the LEGO site I frequent the most. Easy to maintain a collection listing, good links to sites like eBay and plenty of info on the sets w/o a ton of clutter getting in the way.

Keep up the great job!

United States

I really like the amazon listings. Its part of my daily routine to search for new deals.

I haven't used the forum much, as I already can't keep up with the other lego forums I belong to.

I use the search function on many occasions.

United States

For what I use it for, i.e. to check for information about upcoming sets, this website more than meets my expectations.

New Zealand

I like the set pages - very good to combine pics, minifigs, part numbers, reviews and news.

Australia

The database is excellent. I enjoy the ease of submitting my own reviews and the news and set updates.

United States

Keeping up to date with prices and alerts. You guys rock!

United States

The Amazon deals thing

Singapore

Ability to catalog my collection and allow me to navigate, filter, augment, and examine it we the greatest of ease.

United States

None

United States

Focus on the database, less on the deals or push the deals to a separate, less dominant part of the webpage lead articles.

United States

Good at keeping up with new set news and shopping news!

United Kingdom

You have been around for 12 years, that has something to say about the quality of the site, but its more about what has been done lately that has bothered me and i will list that below.

United States

The site is very simplistic, nice-looking, and the additions bar is a massively awesome add-on. It's easy enough for a 3-year-old to use perfectly.

United States

I love that I can find out about sets up to a year before their release. I check Brickset every morning for new sets. I think it's a very good thing that you list all of the LEGO deals, like Toys R Us polybags.

United States

I mainly use the site for the latest news about Lego sets, release dates and sales/deals at retailers. The site has been great for this.

United States

I like the fact that at any point, it is easy and quick to look up a set, you see it in a shop, you check reviews on Brickset, and you choose to buy it or not based on that, simple and always effective. Also, the introduction of the Eurobricks review links is excellent, as many people do struggle with the format on Eurobricks and finding specific reviews can be a challenge. Now though we can simply click on a link and go straight to a Eurobricks review, always helpful when choosing new sets.

United Kingdom

Good at what it does - provodong info on sets and allowing me to manage my inventory.
Great work adding the doscount pricing feeds - the only way collectors have a chance to afford all the sets they want!

Hong Kong

The size of the database is great, I like tracking my stuff and the piece count. Overall excellent

United States

The best part by far is the collection manager feature. The ability to track every set I own and to calculate the number of pieces I have is such a great feature! The FIRST thing I do after buying a new LEGO set is head over to Brickset to update my collection/minifigure collection.

Another great feature is the new Amazon.com bargin watch facility: Simply stated, BECAUSE of that I've not only saved a lot of money, but I've also bought more sets then ever before because of the feature.

United States

What I like most is the news on upcoming sets... I usually find out the best info here first and easily before anywhere else on the net.

United States

Love the Set DBs!!! Fantastic job!

Canada

I like the large amount of information held by the site, as well as it's accurateness. I also appreciate the instructions from lego.com.

United States

I enjoy the breakdown of each set. I come here often to look at the list price when shopping around or to find the piece count of a set. As a collector I especially like the minifigure are displayed at the bottom. But what you do best is the minifigure catalog.

United States

Um.. I dunno. I usually just check it as a source for new sets, and you do well with that.

United States

Everything from up coming sets to the front page to the reviews.
