Affiliate marketing and sponsored article disclosure

Brickset.com is funded by affiliate marketing and advertising revenue. The page sets out our affiliate marketing policy and lists our partners.

It also provides information about sponsored articles.

Affiliate marketing

When you make a purchase or, sometimes, carry out some other action as direct result of clicking on a link at Brickset, we will receive a small commission.

For example, when you click on a link in our Amazon alerts to visit Amazon.com then purchase the LEGO set in question, we will receive a commission. In fact, we will receive one whether you buy the LEGO set or something else entirely.

The level of commission varies depending on the merchant but generally it's a few percent of the price of the item you purchase.

The vast majority of the links on the site which lead to merchants that sell LEGO are affiliate links and work in this way.

From time to time we may publish news articles about our affiliate partners concerning promotions, offers, new products and so on. The links in these articles contain affiliate links.

Advertising

Adverts are displayed to users who are not logged in. Please contact PlayWire Media if you have any queries about the adverts that we show.

Sponsored articles

Occasionally manufacturers and publishers send us items to review. We never accept payment or products in return for a positive review. Articles about gifted items are marked as such, with a 'Sponsored' tag.
